Meet Kim Raskob

Kim founded human impact after 25+ years of progressive HR leadership spanning high-growth tech, mid-size operations, and unionized manufacturing. She has led organizations through post-acquisition integration, restructurings, cultural transformations, and union negotiations, always with the same goal: build an organization that's resilient with a strong culture that is genuinely good for the business, the people within it and the customers they serve. Her focus is on partnering with organizations that are values-driven to create a positive and lasting impact on both the company and the people within.

Highlights:

  • Partnered with C-suite and cross-functional leaders, including CTO/Software, Finance, Operations and Marketing, as their strategic HR business partner, embedding people strategy into Annual Operating Plan development and the goals of the departments

  • Led the overhaul of the global performance management program, adopted company-wide. Revised rating scales, feedback frameworks and calibration processes

  • Sustained voluntary turnover below 5% through multiple periods of organizational change

  • Led a team of 120 through a post-acquisition culture integration maintaining retentions rates above 95%

  • Increased employee engagement scores by 20 points in under one year through structured 1:1s and partnering with senior executives
